Get Your Money, Making Money

LOGAN, Utah—Cache Valley has a great new opportunity to learn the art of investing. The Cache Valley Area Investors Association, created by successful investor Preston Parker, aims to teach people how to make money through effective investments.

Parker is a Utah State graduate, and currently a professor at USU as well. “I believe people should be financially independent,” Parker says, “I started this organization to help people recognize investment opportunities.” Such opportunities will provide people with passive income to supplement their earned income. Parker believes that the mindset he can help his members gain, will bring them a consistent 20-40 percent return on their money.

The Cache Valley Investors Association was started in August of 2007, and currently has around 40 members. The point of the association is to educate the public on how to invest their money wisely. The association helps create a mindset that assists members in recognizing value, so that they can continue investing successfully throughout their lives. Meetings are held every other Thursday at the Cache Valley Chamber of Commerce, which is located at 160 N. Main St. in Logan. Parker and other members of the association discuss and teach correct principals of investing, and discuss books and other publications which give effective education for investment decisions.

The next CVAIA meeting will be held February 21 at 7 p.m. Become a member by sending an e-mail to cachevaia@gmail.com, asking to be added to the course list, and start attending meetings. This is a rare opportunity to gain substantial financial advice for free.
