LOGAN, Utah—ABC Real Estate LLC is creating a wide array of investment opportunities for people in Cache Valley.Since August of 2007, ABC Real Estate has provided the middle class with a creative approach to buying and selling homes. President Bret Cobb started ABC while based in Draper Utah, and has now expanded their offices to Logan with his strategic partner Evan Nielson. ABC is seeking investors who are interested in a guaranteed return on their investment.
ABC is introducing a form of real estate investment know as beneficiary directed equity holding land trust. This system provides opportunities for investment in four different areas, from four beneficiaries, whom all will receive a return on their investment. The first is the settler who provides the actual property to be purchased. The second is the investor who provides a down payment for the property. The third is the credit beneficiary who puts their good credit on the line to secure a fair interest rate on a loan for the property. The fourth beneficiary is the resident who makes monthly payments for the loan.
In support of his investors, Bret Cob can guarantee at least a 10% return on their money, and says “They will most likely get closer to a 40% return.” Credit beneficiaries can rest easy that their credit history will only improve through this system. ABC will make sure payments are made for each loan every month, by backing those payments themselves if needed. Residents who participate in this system will improve their credit, perfect for people who would otherwise be renting. This system provides people who cannot buy a home now, an opportunity to build their credit so that one day, they can.
Whatever role in this process you are interested in, ABC will take care of all of the paperwork. Working with all of the beneficiaries themselves, ABC alleviates the work and stress of investing, and provides an easy opportunity for all involved.“I really want to better peoples lives through my organization. I care about this valley, and its residents, and want to share this opportunity with them” –President Bret Cob
With a guaranteed return for all investors, and minimal effort required for all beneficiaries. ABC Real Estate provides a fresh and exciting way to invest. Call ABC today for more information on how to get your money, making money.

Letter To Cousin
Dear Cousin Merl,
Thank you for the letter last week. Since you were wondering about my major, as you’re trying to decide what you should go into, I though I would give you some more information about the public relations field.
In public relations, you work for an organization, and the goal is to establish and promote a positive relationship between that organization, and the public. This relationship is developed through interaction with the media. A PR person is like the “go-between” the organization they are working for, and the media. A major form of this media interaction is done through writing press releases for journalists to publish in newspapers or other printed media. PR professionals also promote their organization through the internet and television.
If you are like I was when I first heard of public relations, you’re thinking it sounds a lot like marketing, or advertising. While the lines between these different fields are blurring, public relations is more about helping people understand the product or company, and have a positive view of it as a whole, rather than just selling something.
There is a lot of writing involved in the field, as well as a lot of research and presentation. The main thing though, beyond all of the different outlets and methods, is that you know the public you are trying to reach, and that you can generate new ideas and different ways of reaching that public.
With all of the different choices you have of what major to decide on, I hope this gives you a good understanding of what public relations is.
Sincerely,
Cousin Dan
